CANCELLATION POLICY
STRICT CANCELLATION POLICYDivine Massage is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.Please call us at (07) 3143 0980 by 2:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged the FULL FEE for the missed appointment.Cancellation by Facebook will not be considered.Please note that if you simply do not show up to your appointment, or if you cancel at very short notice, we may also require pre-payment of future appointments and you will no longer be able to use our generous rewards points system.
CUSTOMER POLICY
By proceeding with the massage session at Divine Massage and Herbal Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:All information you provide will remain confidential and used only for the purposes of providing treatment.The services provided by the sole trading Therapists at Divine Massage and Herbal Spa are for the primary purposes of:● relaxation● stress reduction● relief of muscular tension● remedial massage, and● acupuncture or cupping services
Please be aware that the services are not a substitute for a medical consultation and does not involve a diagnosis of any illness, disease or physical or mental disorder.The Therapists at Divine Massage and Herbal Spa do not provide guarantees or assurances as to the results of treatment provided. If you experience any pain or discomfort within the first 10 minutes of any treatment, please inform the Therapist immediately so that adjustments can be made, otherwise the sole trading Therapist has the right to refuse any refund or waiver of payment.You must notify the Therapist of any existing medical conditions as any request for massage treatment, acupuncture or cupping can be harmful under certain medical conditions and could result in bleeding, needle shock, bruising and/or allergic reactions. Failure to disclose this information may compromise the quality of care or service provided and/or cause further injury. You will not hold the Therapists and Divine Massage and Herbal Spa accountable for any non-disclosures that result in further medical issues resulting from any non-disclosures during treatments.

Divine Massage and Herbal Spa will collect your personal information only when reasonably necessary or directly related to our services or promotions. We do not gather health information without your consent. The information we need is obtained through client information waivers, our website, booking systems, promotions, competitions, and consumer enquiries.We are dedicated to ensuring the security and protection of your personal information.

Returns & Refunds
When you purchase a good or service from us, you are entitled to certain guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. These Terms cannot exclude, restrict, or modify these guarantees, and such guarantees will prevail to the extent of a conflict between these Terms and the guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
Subject to law, you hereby acknowledge and agree that Divine Massage and Herbal Spa and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable with respect to, and you hereby waive, release, and agree not to take action against any of them upon, any claim for any loss or harm suffered or incurred by you in connection with, arising out of, or in any way related to, an allergic reaction you suffer as a result of our services unless that allergic reaction is caused by our gross negligence or wilful negligence.Refunds are not applicable for change of mindRefunds will be provided where required by Australian Consumer Law.We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the Treatments, you have asked for.You may be entitled to an exchange or refund of a product or service where it is:
Faulty.Substantially unfit for its specified purpose and cannot be remedied within a reasonable timeframe.Reasonable time does not include catastrophic events that either parties could never have anticipated it at the time.Unsafe or creates an unsafe situation, or significantly different from its description or sample.Customer results may vary, and as such, no refund or exchange will be provided if the service or product did not provide the desired result, excluding any faults or major problems outlined above.Please keep proof of your agreement – e.g. your invoice or quote.
If the above conditions do not apply and a refund is agreed to by Divine Massage and Herbal Spa All Refunds Bank or EFTPOS will incur an administration fee of 6.00% on the initial transaction value.You agree to be bound by these conditions by purchasing pre-paid treatments PURCHASE OF RETAIL PRODUCTSRefunds will be provided where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds are not applicable for change of mind and/or possible allergic reaction

PURCHASE OF PACKAGES AND SERVICE CREDITSDivine staff member will advise guests on the recommended time frames for each treatment within the Divine treatment package purchased, however it is the guests responsibility to ensure they book in their treatments in advance to insure availability of a therapist for the appointments. All treatments within Divine treatment package purchased can only be redeemed at Divine Massage and Herbal Spa.
Treatment Packages with Service Credits are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from date of purchase and are not refundable; credits not used after this period will be forfeited.
ADVERSE REACTION POLICYAt Divine Massage and Herbal Spa all our therapists are trained professionals who are trained to the highest standard. In the unlikely event that you experience a side effect, Divine Massage and Herbal Spa will require up to eight (8) weeks to investigate your concern.
Divine Massage and Herbal Spa will require your full co-operation during this time, to assess the area and to follow the guidance of our trained professionals. This may include weekly consultations for assessment, additional treatments, products (purchased by the client) and to follow the guidance of our trained professionals.

Parental Consent
- Parent or legal guardian must be present in helping complete the Health History Form for the minor, along with consent for the massage/spa therapy session.
- Guidelines:
- Minors (all clients under the age of 18 – unless otherwise emancipated) can only receive massage and/or spa treatments with written parental/legal guardian consent.
- In collaboration with the consenting adult and child, the massage therapist will assist in establishing goals for the session(s).
- For clients age 16 and under, the parent/guardian must always be present in the treatment room.
- For clients age 16-18 parent does not need to be in the room, however cleint must have approval by the legal guardian to have the treatment.
- Appropriate draping will be used at all times during the massage, only areas being massaged are uncovered.
- For all waxing and tinting services a legal guardian must present for all cleints under the age of 18.
- Intimate waxing services can not be performed on anyone under the age of 16.
- A legal guardian must be present for intimate waxing services if aged under 18.
